From R&D to Finished Fabric: Our Full‑Chain Knit Fabric Manufacturing Process

As an in‑house knit fabric manufacturer, we want to walk you through how we produce custom knitted fabrics for global brands, wholesalers and apparel factories.

Many fabric buyers struggle with multi‑supplier sourcing: coordinating yarn suppliers, knitting mills, separate dyeing houses, and dealing with inconsistent quality or unstable lead times.
Our solution is full‑chain fabric production under one facility.

Step 1. Fabric R&D & Yarn Selection

Everything starts with your requirements.
Our technical team works with you to confirm yarn type, weight, stretch, hand‑feel and functional performance, such as quick‑dry, moisture‑wick or anti‑odor.
We develop new fabric formulas according to your project.

Step 2. Knitting

After sample confirmation, we move to knitting production.
Different knit structures are completed in‑house, including single jersey, interlock, french terry and other custom knit constructions.

Step 3. Dyeing & Finishing

Dyeing, color matching and functional finishing are done inside our production system.
Strict color checking helps us keep batch‑to‑batch color consistency for bulk orders.

Step 4. Inspection & Finished Fabric

Every fabric roll goes through quality inspection before shipment.
We check width, weight, color fastness and surface condition. Only qualified fabric rolls will be packed and prepared for delivery.
